“I am the mother of a 10 year old boy who came to me with concerns about his speech and the idea that sometimes he thinks that he says words wrong. I looked for a solution for him. I came across Small Talk… From the onset the company was courteous, welcoming, and extremely professional.
Mr. Steve performed the assessment. He instantly gained rapport with my son. I was presented with the results which were explained to me in detail. My son was given a treatment plan and assigned a Speech Therapist who worked with me to develop a scheduled that worked with my son’s busy schedule. Each week after therapy I was given an explanation of progress and some follow up steps to do at home.
His Speech Therapist, Mrs. Ericka was always happy to see him and worked hard to build a relationship with my son to optimize results. She was encouraging and supportive and kept him informed of his progress. My son was in Speech Therapy for 4 months and graduated. His success is highly attributed to the experts at Small Talk.
