Our staff will verify your benefits and review your coverage with you before your first appointment.
Scheduling
Once paperwork and insurance verification are complete, we’ll set up your evaluation session.
What to Bring to Your Appointment
For pediatric patients, bring only the child being evaluated and a parent or guardian who knows them well. For adult patients, bring any relevant medical records or hearing aid information if applicable. Your appointment confirmation will include any additional preparation instructions.
