Mackenzie Smith, OTR/L

Mackenzie is a GA native who graduated in 2019 from Mercer University with a degree in Biology (go bears!). She went on to attend Brenau University where she received her Master of Science degree in Occupational Therapy in 2023. She began working in pediatrics in the beginning of 2024 and is currently licensed in Georgia and Tennessee.

She has experience in the field of pediatrics and has worked with infants and children with a range of diagnoses including developmental delay, Autism, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, and various genetic disorders. She enjoys finding creative ways to work with, help, and advocate for kids with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

In her free time she loves going on hikes and being outdoors, watching/playing sports, curling up with a good book & a cup of tea, or spending time with her family, friends, and puppy, Scout!
